Paper Submission
Format Requirements
The Author Kit in WinWord format can be downloaded here (Template) You may simply download it and use it as a template for your paper. If you prefer other word processors, please follow the general instructions as given below.
The general format requirements are as follows:
- Paper (A4 size paper): regular papers’ length is limited to 6 pages.
- Margins: 2.5 cm top and bottom; 3.2 cm on sides
- Header: On the first page, please put the title, dates, and place of the conference in 10 pt italic Times New Roman (left justified)
- Title: 14 pt bold Times New Roman, in Title Case and centralized. Paragraph spacing – 60pt before and 12pt after.
- Authors Affiliation: A line after the Title with the author name(s) in normal type, followed by an affiliation line in italics, and a third line with e-mail address(es) in italics; this authors/affiliation/e-mails may be repeated as necessary for multiple affiliations.
- Abstract should be 11 pt Times New Roman, 14 pt line spacing, justified on both margins, 6pt paragraph spacing after, no indentation for beginning of a paragraph.
- Section Headings: 12 pt bold Times New Roman. Paragraph spacing – 12pt before and 6pt after
- Section Subheadings: 12 pt italic Times New Roman Paragraph spacing – 6pt before and 6pt after,
- Body text: 12 pt Times New Roman, 14 pt line spacing, justified on both margins, 6pt paragraph spacing after, no indentation for beginning of a paragraph
- Figures: Insert in text where appropriate, with 12 pt Times New Roman caption centered below the figure as shown in the example below.
- Tables: As with Figures, but with caption centered above the table.
- Equations: Centered, with equation number at the right.
- Units: SI units are preferred
- References: References should appear at the end of the paper as shown below. Citations in the text of the paper should use author last names and the year; for example, “… in previous work by the authors (Author 1, Year; Author 1 and Author 2, Year)” or “… as shown in the work by Author 1 and Author 2 (Year x, Year z).” 10pt Times New Roman; italic for publication title. Additionally, authors are responsible for obtaining permission for reprinting any material included in their papers that is already copyrighted elsewhere.

An example of an equation is shown in Eq. (1) above. Figure and table examples are given in Fig. 1 and Table 1 below.
